Fixes for license activation and "network error" on activation.
"Network error" when activating
A generic network error on activation can have several causes (connection, firewall, or a server hiccup).
Fix: Check your internet connection and try again. If you are on a managed/work network, a firewall may be blocking it. Try another network. If it persists, export your logs from Settings and share them with support on Discord.
My activation resets every time I restart
This was a bug in older versions where an unstable machine fingerprint reset activation on restart.
Fix: Update to the latest version, which fixes the fingerprint. If you still see it after updating, contact support.
"Connect SimpliGen Cloud" code not arriving
Connecting cloud emails you a 6-digit code.
Fix: Check spam, wait a minute, and request a new code. Codes are single-use and expire, so always use the most recent one.
