Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Our position

SimpliGen has zero tolerance for human trafficking, slavery, forced labour and the sexual exploitation of children, in any form and in any context.

We prohibit the use of our software to generate child sexual abuse material, depictions of non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, or any material that promotes or facilitates trafficking or abuse. These prohibitions are absolute. There is no artistic, fictional or stylistic exemption.

We require full compliance with applicable law and with card network rules from every customer.

Prohibited without exception

• Engaging in, facilitating or condoning human trafficking or modern slavery in any form.
• Forced labour or child labour anywhere in our operations or our supply chain.
• Generating child sexual abuse material, or material depicting adults presented as minors.
• Generating depictions of non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence or physical abuse.
• Using our software or this website to advertise, solicit or facilitate commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion or a minor.
• Describing or marketing generated material in a way that suggests child exploitation or non-consensual acts.

How this is enforced, and where it cannot be

We are a software product, not a content platform. We host, publish, display and distribute no generated content. There is no gallery, no feed, no member area and no user uploads. Because nothing is published through us there are no performers and no depicted individuals, and so no identity or consent records exist to be kept.

Where generation runs on our own cloud infrastructure, we screen it. Every cloud generation is checked against the prohibitions above before it renders and before the customer is charged, and matching prompts are refused. A second review layer examines phrasing and intent rather than individual terms; it currently records what it would refuse while we measure it, and it will refuse once that measurement supports it.

Matches are recorded rather than only blocked. We keep the category, the matched term, the severity, the account and the timestamp as a lasting audit record, and we can produce it for our acquirer or the card networks on request. Prompt text is kept only as long as it is needed to judge whether a match was correct, and for the most serious categories we retain only a short window around the matched term rather than the whole prompt.

Generation that runs entirely on a customer's own computer never reaches our systems, so we cannot inspect it, and we will not claim otherwise. There we rely on this policy, on acceptance of it being a condition of use, and on acting when misuse is reported to us.

Reporting

To report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or any breach of this policy, email hello@simpligen.io. Reports are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days, and anything we judge illegal is acted on immediately.

You can also report directly to the authorities, and in the case of child sexual abuse material we would rather you did both.

Consequences

Anyone found in breach of this policy has their licence terminated immediately and without refund, and loses access to our cloud infrastructure.

Where the law requires it, or where we judge it right, we report the breach to the relevant authorities and to our payment partners. We have terminated accounts on this basis and we will continue to.
