Publishing puts your recipe in the marketplace, so other people can install it.
Submit for review
When your recipe is ready, publish it from the editor. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. That review is what keeps the marketplace curated and safe to install from.
Reproducible installs
A recipe depends on models and components hosted outside SimpliGen. When you publish, those references are pinned to a specific version. That way everyone who installs your recipe gets exactly what you tested, and an upstream change cannot silently alter it. The review also checks this: that everything your recipe needs comes from an allowed source and is pinned.
Updates
You can keep improving a published recipe. Edit the draft, then publish again to push a new version. People who already installed it keep working, and new installs get your latest published version.
