# Creator Terms (/docs/creator-terms)

These terms apply to everyone who publishes recipes to the SimpliGen Creator Marketplace. Publishing a recipe means you accept them.

## Publishing and review [#publishing-and-review]

Every submission is reviewed by a person before it goes live, and every update goes through the same review. We check that the recipe works, that the listing honestly describes what it makes, and that it follows the content rules below. If a submission is not approved you always get the reason, and you can fix the issue and resubmit.

Your recipe must be your own work. Presets you created only for yourself cannot ship inside a published recipe, since other people would not be able to install them. The editor marks these steps so you can swap them for built-in presets before submitting.

## Pricing and your cut [#pricing-and-your-cut]

* **You set the price**: from free up to 1,000 tokens, as a one-time purchase. Buyers pay once and own the recipe for life, including future updates to it.
* **Your cut is 70%**: of every sale, credited to your earnings in tokens. SimpliGen keeps 30% as the platform fee.
* **Token value**: for payouts, one token is worth $0.01 USD.

## Payouts [#payouts]

* **Settlement**: sale earnings settle for 7 days before they become available to withdraw. This protects against fraud and matches the refund window.
* **Minimum**: you can request a payout once your available balance reaches 1,000 tokens ($10.00).
* **Processing**: payouts are processed manually and sent to your PayPal within a few business days of your request. One payout request can be open at a time.
* **Refunds**: if a sale is refunded, that sale's earnings are removed from your balance, even if they had already settled. If that makes a completed payout overdrawn, the difference is deducted from future earnings.

## Content rules [#content-rules]

* **Be honest**: the listing name, description, and cover must reflect what the recipe actually makes. Covers can only be real outputs of the recipe.
* **Mark mature content**: recipes that produce adult or explicit content must be flagged as mature. Unflagged mature content is grounds for removal.
* **No harmful content**: recipes designed to produce illegal content, or content that impersonates real people without consent, are removed and can end your marketplace access.

## Moderation and takedowns [#moderation-and-takedowns]

Listings can be reported by users and reviewed by moderation. If your listing is taken down you will always see the reason, and in most cases you can fix the issue and resubmit for review. Repeated or serious violations can lead to permanent removal and loss of marketplace access. Earned balances from legitimate sales stay withdrawable.

## Removing your listing [#removing-your-listing]

You can ask to remove a listing from the store at any time. Removal requests include your reason and are reviewed by an admin; this review protects you from accidental removals and keeps every store change accountable. After removal the listing leaves the store, everyone who bought it keeps it for life, and you can delete the recipe from your library. While a recipe has an active listing it cannot be deleted locally, so you never lose the ability to manage something people can still buy.

## Listing availability [#listing-availability]

We monitor the models and components your recipe depends on. If something your recipe needs disappears upstream, the listing is made unavailable in the store and you are notified by email, so buyers never install something broken. Point the recipe at an available alternative and resubmit to restore it.

## Changes to these terms [#changes-to-these-terms]

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Meaningful changes are announced in the app and on Discord before they take effect.
